These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PetPulse mobile application (“App”) provided by PET PULSE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Ireland with its registered office at 21 Linden Lea Park, Stillorgan, Dublin, Ireland, A94KF63 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the App, you (“you”, “your”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.


1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Provided
The App enables Users to record and manage animal health data, including patient notes, metrics, and images. The App is intended to be used by veterinary practices and veterinary professionals.

The App provides tools, calculators, and reference materials that may assist veterinary professionals in their work. The App is not a substitute for independent professional veterinary judgement. All data, calculations, and outputs must be verified by a qualified veterinary professional.

3. Accounts and Registration
  • To access the App, you must register for an account using accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms.

4. Free and Paid Tiers
  • The App provides a free tier with limited features, available upon registration.
  • Additional features are available to paid subscribers who purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store.
  • All purchases, billing, and renewals are handled directly by Apple under its applicable terms of service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via the Apple App Store.
  • Payment, renewal, and cancellation terms are governed by the Apple App Store. We do not process or store payment details.
  • Refunds are provided only as permitted by Apple’s policies.
  • Auto-Renewal:
    Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate selected (monthly or annual). You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

6. User Content
  • Users may upload and store data, including patient notes, images, and related veterinary information (“User Content”).
  • You retain ownership of all User Content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
  • You confirm that you have the right to upload any User Content and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Our use of personal and patient data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://petpulseapp.com/pages/privacy-policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorised purposes;
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or related systems;
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the App.

9. Disclaimers
  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  • While we aim to ensure the accuracy of calculations and outputs, we do not warrant that any results, metrics, or information provided by the App are accurate, reliable, or error-free.
  • The App is intended only as a professional tool. Decisions relating to animal health must always be made by a qualified veterinary professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • We shall not be responsible for loss of data, errors, inaccuracies, outages, or disruptions;
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. If you are accessing the App from outside Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
